Wouldn’t even give this company one star, brought a ticket for Nass 2020, which got cancelled however I wasn’t told by the company I was told by the Nass team directly understanding current circumstances going on I thought they will get back to me regarding a refund or rolling my ticket onto next year. Months go by and I hear nothing I’ve sent countless emails and tried to contact them in every way possible but was ignored every time until I eventually took to Twitter and wrote a post to their help team account and their regular account to which I got a reply saying they couldn’t find any previous contact but to direct message them, so I did. Once direct messaging them they told me I was too late for a refund but my ticket will be rolled over to next year, I asked for email confirmation of this which they agreed to send this was more than 24 hours ago and I am still waiting, I shouldn’t have to go through all this trouble just for some festival tickets, I do not recommend buying from this company cause they will more than likely take your money and give you nothing in return and not reply to any messages you try to send. Awful service, awful company.
Customer service communication is appalling. I tried to apply for a refund for Kendal Calling 2020 cancellation to be told I would be contacted directly to process a refund. They then provided a 1 week window of opportunity to apply for a refund which was missed as the email went straight into my junk folder.
I've been trying to request a refund since July 23rd. There is no option to communicate via the phone and my emails have so far been ignored.

I chose a payment plan with fest ticket and they did not attempt to take a payment but cancelled my ticket after I had already paid 200 pounds for it and had one payment left. When I asked them could they not reattempt the same day they said that the ticket had already gone back on resell and there was nothing they could do even though I contacted the company saying could they not reattempt as I think there had been an error on their side. I even showed them proof of funds and they refused to do anything about it. I would never use this company as they are only trying to profit and will screw people over when they can. They waited until I had one payment left to cancel me and then have not tried to find a resolution. I asked them to reattempt on the same day the payment was due and they refused to because they would rather profit by selling on the ticket I paid for. Do not ever use this company as they will not take responsible for mistakes they have made themselves.

Applied for a refund for our Coachella tickets in May, even got email confirmation saying we will have our money in 5 days. Even paid extra for refundable tickets so this shouldnt even be a problem.
9 months later and still no refund! Have tried to contact Festicket through every way possible (email, Twitter, Instagram etc) many many times and no response!
I am going to take this further and make a police report. I suggest all of us who have been scammed by this company to do the same.
Give us our money back!!!!!
I like that things moved so quickly and without complication. Also that there were additional options that were not pushy, which attempts to upsell often are.
I actually thought it was a really good company till 1 weeks ago.
I bought my tickets and the concert was postponed due to covid, was kept up to date. Tickets fully paid for and then 2 months later they decide to start taking the payments again no warning nothing.
I have sent 2 emails and tried all communication but no reply or response to anything. My bank has had to deal with it.
I have never used the site before, found it very easy to navigate and provided a lot of information. I use again if needed.
Been using Festcket for many years to go to festivals. Always reliable and tickets turn up in plenty of time. Never let me down once.

Charged me full price after using a 25% promo code and when queried said there was nothing you could do to correct it. False advertising to send people links with money off codes and charge them full price.
